We offer wonderful facilities in the park, including a 9-hole pitch & putt course, fishing areas, country walks, a dog exercise area, the beautiful 17th Century Ye Horns Inn and a restaurant.

Just like any other Lodge Park there are running costs.

The gas system in the Lodge is tested by a Gas Safe Registered engineer for a period of 12 months. The cost of this test is also included in the purchase price of the Lodge. Each lodge has its gas meter and you only pay for the gas you use. Gas bills are sent out monthly including a nominal administration fee of £35.00. It is recommended that a gas safety check is carried out each year.

ELECTRICITY
